Sheila Ingram is a gospel recording artist, pastor, author and motivational speaker from New york who was a former back-up singer for the late Lou Rawls. Her song "Ebony Man" created enough buzz to offer her opportunities to be the opening act for Donnie McCurklin, Helen Baylor and many others.

Sheila, as a performer and motivational speaker, has traveled internationally to Barbados, Curacao, Jamaica, Amsterdam and other countries with her own brand of musical ministry. She can also be seen weekly on her television broadcast WINPOP:"Women In Pursuit Of Purpose", an empowerment program for women.

"In His Grip" is the title of her autobiography which was recently released in paperback and is presently in the development stage for a movie.

She is preparing to tour to promote her latest recording, "With One More Look At You", a sultry cover of the song from Barbara Streisand's "A Star Is Born" album.
